If you stay too long in your negative feelings, you develop violent and persistent emotions. With Emotional Freedom you learn to recognize and acknowledge these emotions. You will learn how to accept them and let them go after that. Then you will experience the liberation from negative feelings, after which balanced emotions will arise, that are no longer ballast, but accepted emotions. In this way these negative feelings won’t burden you anymore in your life. They have become accepted emotions that will disappear to the background in your life.
You will learn to meditate and be more conscious in life. We will also give you the tools to reconnect with yourself. Who am I, what am I, what are my intentions in life and what is my purpose!
Perfect Health | 2 weeks workshop
In this course you will learn the basis of Ayurveda and how you can integrate this best in your own lifestyle. Together with the chef, you will learn how to cook more conscious and you will learn to restore your relation with food. Apart from that you will learn to meditate and learn the importance of meditating in your daily life. Also, multiple exerciseprogams are offered, that all work in different ways to help your body become aware of and stimulate the energy paths in your body.
Every person and every body is unique, which means that every person and body needs a different complement of food and energy. The purpose of this course is to make you aware of what your body needs from an Ayurvedic point of view food wise and what type of exercise suits your energy balance best.

The basis of Back to Basics is breathing and meditation. You will learn how you can use your senses to stay in the here and now in stead of wandering to the past or the future in our thoughts. Through different exercises you will experience how it will feel for you to be able to make decisions on the changes you want to implement in your lifestyle.
